As an engineering manager myself, I've come to realize that there is a lack of resources and learning materials when it comes to team performance. While there are numerous resources available for individual contributors and high-level leadership, there's very little in between when it comes to building and leading successful teams.

That's why I decided to create this newsletter - to provide insights, tips, and best practices on how to build and lead high-performing engineering teams, while I’m learning and improving on it myself. With a focus on team dynamics, collaboration, skill development, and culture, I hope to provide valuable content that both managers and individual contributors can use to create a better working environment for themselves and their teams.

In addition to my own experiences, I'll also be sharing research, articles, and books on relevant topics. Each article will be focused on a specific topic, allowing for a deep dive into each area of interest.
